Rules & Eligibility

Eligibility for membership to NAREDCO will be open to all companies that are engaged in real estate or any of its allied activities.These include land development, planning and construction of residential, commercial, and institutional buildings/complexes, township development, real estate finance and marketing, architecture, manufacturing and supply of construction materials, finance, and insurance.

Different categories of Membership are given below:

Founder Members

Enterprises that make initial contribution of Rs. 10,00,000 for the establishment of NAREDCO and pay annual membership fee of Rs. 1,00,000

Patron Members

Enterprises that make initial contribution of Rs. 7,50,000 for the establishment of NAREDCO and pay annual membership fee of Rs. 80,000

Regular Members

Enterprises having a turnover up to Rs. 100 Crore that make initial contribution of Rs. 2,00,000 for the establishment of NAREDCO and pay annual membership fee of Rs. 40,000 Enterprises having a turnover of more than Rs. 100 Crore that make initial contribution of Rs. 3,00,000 for the establishment of NAREDCO and pay annual membership fee of Rs. 60,000

Associate Members

Enterprises which are operating in ancillary fields of estate development, such as production and supply of building materials, architecture, plumbing, electrician, air-conditioning, will be entitled to take Associate Membership, on payment of initial contribution of Rs. 1,00,000 for the establishment of NAREDCO and annual membership fee of Rs. 25,000.

State Members

Associations of enterprises at State level i.e., State-REDCOs and branches of NAREDCO in States operating in various facets of real estate development, as defined above, which make an initial contribution of Rs. 1,00,000 for development of NAREDCO and pay annual membership fee of Rs. 20,000. For becoming member of state REDCO or NAREDCO State branch, co-coordinators of the respective state will have to be contacted once the state REDCO or NAREDCO State branch is formed.
