TOI - India’s real estate sentiment steadies after Q1 slump, future outlook remains neutral
According to the 49th edition of the Knight Frank–NAREDCO Real Estate Sentiment Index for Q2 2026, the Real Estate Future Sentiment Score remained unchanged at 50, suggesting a neutral outlook. The reading indicates that market participants expect the operational challenges facing the sector to continue, but believe the deterioration recorded in the first quarter has now levelled off.
