RERA Delhi has signed an MOU with the NAREDCO to establish the NIRED.

The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) Delhi has signed an MOU with the National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) to establish the National Institute for Real Estate Development (NIRED). This institute will offer courses to train promoters, builders, real estate agents, allottees, and all other stakeholders in the industry. The goal is to promote the adoption of best practices and create greater awareness of the Real Estate Regulation and Development Act 2016 among industry professionals.
