Forging Stronger India–Japan Real Estate Partnerships

A delegation from Japan’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport & Tourism (MLIT) visited NAREDCO for a landmark knowledge-exchange session, opening new avenues of collaboration between the two nations. Led by Mr. Kazuki Yonetani, Director, MLIT, along with Deloitte Tohmatsu representatives, the team shared insights on Japanese government’s supportive framework for overseas expansion through J-NORE, while highlighting the growing presence of developers like Sumitomo Realty and Mitsubishi Estate in India.

Chaired by Shri Hari Babu, National President, NAREDCO, with Shri Harsh Vardhan Bansal, President, NAREDCO Delhi, the dialogue focused on technology transfer, funding, and B2B opportunities to accelerate India’s real estate growth.

This exchange marks a significant step toward deeper, structured cooperation - aligning expertise, innovation, and investment for a shared urban future.
