1st Management Development Program under NIRED at New Delhi

The real estate, construction and infrastructure sectors in India are indeed huge - managing US$15 trillion amount of wealth in India and growing at rapid pace. However, majority of the professionals have not had formal education in areas of their work and have really learnt on the job.

Also, unlike other global markets, there are no formal degrees to be obtained in India except RICS School of Built Environment, established in 2013.

Given the situation RERA Delhi and NAREDCO have joined hands to launch National Institute of Real Estate development (NIRED] to offer relevant learning and development programs which gives the professionals a unique opportunity to update their knowledge and technical competencies in order to perform more efficiently and cater to the requirements of the ever-demanding Built environment sector.

NIRED is launching first Management Development Programme named Real Estate Business Essentials along with RICS India [Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors] to offer international class knowledge and learning to its participants.
