Niranjan Hiranandani, Managing Director, Hiranandani Group, on Tuesday said that India's real estate sector is expected to witness 'very positive growth' over the next five years. Speaking at the ETNOW.in Realty Conclave and Awards, Hiranandani lauded the initiatives taken by the Central government and said that the government's push to infra and backing to schemes such as the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna (PMAY) will provide a boost to affordable housing in India over the next two years.
